OVERVIEW

How do i migrate to Azure and PlayFab?

Microsoft already provide an awesome program to aid games using Azure and PlayFab - go check out id@azure.

As part of our partnership with Microsoft we can access funding and/or expertise within Microsoft to help you move your game or launch your game on Azure & PlayFab.

We're the number 1 partner for a reason: we know games implicitly and deeply so we can run alongside your teams to de-risk and expedite your work - while still being massively more financially beneficial than hiring your own team internally.

So whether you're 1st party, 3rd party or even launching on mobile, PC, playstation or switch - we can help.

How Microsoft can help you

Discovery

Working out all the angles to find the best solution is hard.  For games it's super tricky as there's so many more variables involved.

Our discovery process allows us to deep dive into what you have, what you need, and what you need in future.  From there we work out a solution, what the risks involved may be, and TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) so you can map that against your needs and budget to find the right strategy for you.

Migrate

We work collaboratively to bring the plan to life; ensuring that we can account for change and support the game.

Our engineers take the heavy lift: we move the game(s) over, build and execute the test plans, load test, and help launch in Azure.

Tune-Up

Once we're in place we can really see how the game executes fully and how things have evolved within the community over time (and implications for how your game backend/analytics/scaling are impacted.

We use that data to propose a plan back to you to tune things up.  Either your staff can do it or we're happy to help but the aim is that all changes should get a good ROI (Return on Investment) so you're better off by being more efficient, better for the players, more effective, or even financially better off.

Working In Partnership

We're up for (almost) anything.

We believe that life is better in co-op (and if we can't help then we probably know somebody else that we can direct you to).  Get in touch.
