What is AWS MAP?
AWS MAP is a program offered by Amazon Web Services (AWS) designed to assist businesses in migrating their workloads and applications to the AWS cloud platform. The program provides a set of resources, best practices, tools, and expertise to help organisations plan and execute a successful migration to AWS. It provides frameworks to help assesses current or projected workloads, helps to calculate the financial benefits of adopting AWS as well as migrating test workloads and offering financial assistance.
As an AWS Migration Acceleration Program (MAP) partner, Code Wizards has the expertise to successfully migrate your game workloads to AWS, unlock financial funding, and mitigate migration risks.
How AWS Map Works
Assess
This step helps you identify areas with any gaps by utilising the AWS Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF): business, process, people, platform, operations, and security.
This assessment helps you identify the expertise required in the migration as well as build a total cost of ownership (TCO) model for your migration project.
Mobilize
In the mobilization phase, Code Wizards and AWS address any gaps in the game or organisation readiness that were uncovered during the assessment, with a focus on building your environment, driving operational readiness, and developing cloud skills.
This phase also helps develop plans for your cloud adoption based on your migration readiness.
Migrate & Modernize
Migrate & Modernize is the execution phase; each of your workloads is designed, migrated, and validated by our AWS certified specialists.
