Manifesto - The Code Wizards Way

We believe that companies aren't just faceless corporations; they're collections of individuals. As a company we provide the world's best game engineering know-how but that's not enough - we have a responsibility to be the best bipedal hominids we can to our people and the rest of the planet.

It may sound grandiose to say we have a "manifesto" but it's central to who we are, what we are, and how we operate.  

We are a KARMA Company – everything else flows from this statement...

Don't Be a D*** - we're trustworthy and reliable best friends to our partners, our competitors, and members of our own team.

Easy to Work With - not only do we make buying our services simple but we're easy to work with on projects and both parties should enjoy the experience.

The Best - We're Uber engineers - we lead the pack - we track and run ahead with new tech but only apply the right tech to the right projects.

We Value Ourselves - our work is worth a lot - we don’t expect our partners to work for free – neither do we.

Specialists - our partners value us because of our specialisms.  We work hard to ensure we are unique and keep our laser focus.

Partners not Suppliers - it's never a one way street so we don't do Supplier / Client relationships - if we can't drive value through sensible and grown up trusting relationships then we're the wrong fit and will disengage (responsibly).

We're not Scared to be Premium - there's plenty of others but we're the best.  We don't discount and we won't be the cheapest alternative but we provide greater value than pure £ can quantify. 

We don't do Free Discovery - if an opportunity needs a bespoke pitch with discovery thinking then it must be paid.  Our partner's time is valuable and so is ours.

Respect - we respect and love our partners - we expect the same and will disengage from those who don't feel the same.

Everybody is Awesome - our world view is inclusive, open and welcoming.  Our staff exemplify this and actively seek to change the world for the better.  We won't work with close minded or bigoted partners.  

Openness - no staff member is more important than another.  There are no walls, no stops, no doors closed, any glass ceilings are to be broken..  Freedom of speech is an absolute fundamental right that extends to all.  

We Nurture the Next Generation - whether friends, partners or competitors we will encourage and help the next generation.  Wherever possible we will actively partner with younger companies (and people) to help them begin or continue their journey.  If help is requested we will do our best to help them.  The next generation will do amazing things when our journey has completed - it's our duty to make them better than us and to keep the industry moving forwards.
